Kids Therapy Spot, formerly The Speech Spot, is conveniently located in the downtown Kirkwood Business District. When possible we recommended in clinic services, however, we can accommodate in-home, in-school (public, private, and charter schools) and other public and private spaces that can accommodate effective therapy sessions for children.
